In 2013, XMXYG expanded its operation to Heilongjiang. Under the principle of “benefiting the nation, farmers, localities and enterprises”, it built an integrated service system for the full industry chain of modern agriculture that covers planting, storage, logistics, trade, deep processing and park operation. With the unique XMXYG model of “building platforms to secure win-win results”, XMXYG was able to obtain project approval, started construction, launched operation, and began paying taxes, all within the same year, testifying to XMXYG’s characteristic speed of getting things done. Thus, win-win results have been achieved for all parties: agricultural yields, farmers’ income, government taxes and enterprise productivity all increased.
